The health and safety of our fans, performers, and employees is of the utmost importance. For all events, all attendees will be required to show evidence of their full vaccination against COVID-19 prior to entering the venue. Additionally, we strongly recommend that all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, wear masks when not actively eating or drinking.
Our Health & Safety policy has been updated in consideration for our fans, artists and event workers based on ever-developing circumstances. The vaccination policy will be implemented as an open-ended one, with any changes or reversals informed by updates relating to infection rates, transmission data, variant developments, and local and federal regulations.

As of October 1, 2021, all patrons that enter any AEG Presents, LLC (“AEG Presents”) owned and operated venue or festival are required to be fully vaccinated, unless prohibited by local or state law. Any patron who has either (1) a medical condition or disability that prevents taking the COVID-19 vaccine or (2) a sincerely held religious belief, practice or observance that prevents the person from taking the vaccine may be entitled to a reasonable accommodation.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.
All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html.
How do I buy an NFT ticket for the Gallery and/or Party with a credit card?
Step 1: Set up your YellowHeart NFT wallet
From a computer (non-mobile), visit yh.io and select Connect Wallet in the top right corner.
Step 2: Select a wallet provider
In this example, we’ll select Get YellowHeart using Google Chrome. This method is easiest for payments with credit cards.
Step 3: Add the Google Chrome extension
Once you select Get YellowHeart, your browser should redirect you to the extensions page. Click Add to Chrome and follow the instructions. Once the extension has been added, return to yh.io and refresh the tab.
Step 4: Create a wallet account
Click the YellowHeart Wallet extension in your Chrome browser (puzzle-piece icon at the top of the browser), click Sign Up, and follow the steps to create your account.
Step 5: Add a credit card
Once signed up, click the puzzle-piece icon again, select the YellowHeart extension, and Sign In. Then, select the Add Card button and enter your credit card details.
Step 6: Connect your wallet to yh.io
Now that your wallet is set up, click Connect Wallet on the yh.io site, select the YellowHeart option again, and Accept the connection request in your wallet.
Step 7: Purchase your NFT ticket
Go to yh.io/nft-collection/dreamverse/14 and scroll down to view available tickets. Select either the Dreamverse Party or Dreamverse Gallery ticket option, and click Buy Ticket. The YellowHeart extension will open up on your screen with a Pay Request. Select the appropriate payment method, then follow the steps on-screen to purchase the ticket.
Do I need a separate tickets for the Dreamverse Gallery and the Dreamverse Party?

How do I access and use my NFT ticket for entry?
You must download the YH app for entry. Please visit Yellowheart’s website for more information about the platform.
Can I transfer my tickets to friends or family?
Yes, through the YH app. However, redeemed tickets cannot be transferred for re-admission.
The gallery operates from noon - 4pm. The party is from 8pm - 1am.

Patrons can arrive anytime after doors open (noon for the gallery & 8pm for the party). There may or may not be a line up upon arrival.

Dreamverse Gallery is accessible to people of all ages. We encourage everyone to come experience NFTs. You must be 21 years or older on September 18th, 2021 to attend the Dreamverse Party. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Yes, when you arrive at the venue, please alert security at the entrance who will make sure you are taken care of. We suggest you arrive when doors open (door times are listed on each event page), but will accommodate requests at the venue at any time. Tickets are nonrefundable. If you purchased an NFT ticket you may resell your ticket on secondary markets, like SuperRare, if you wish.
